Module 16 Code

Hi,

i Can not make it work Module 16 code.

If i run with current version of packeges, i got error exeption, if i upgrade the packages on the beggining project is running into look, without opening browser.

I am sure all the settings into app.config are fine.

I am using Vs2017 ult

Can you please check why project can not be run?
