how to import hybrid framework file in eclipse?it's a rar file?can you explain the steps?

Simply extract the rar file you got.

Then in eclipse follow the steps : 

Click on File tab < Click on Import < For import wizard choose File System from General tab < Next < Browse the location where you extracted the rar file < Select the import file < Finish
